Shipping & payment methods

Transparency is important to us. Therefore we would like to inform you in detail about the offered shipping and payment methods. Should you have any questions, feel free to contact us at mail@flightcrewshop.de.

Shipping costs

Depending on the type of product we offer you suitable shipping options. If you have different product types in your shopping cart, you only pay the appropriate shipping costs once.

Letter (German Postal Service) – € 1,00

Flat products like stickers fit into an envelope. The delivery time is usually 2-3 working days. Mailings by letter are not traceable and not insured.

Air cushion envelope (German Postal Service) – € 3,00

Products up to about 4 cm thickness fit into such an air cushion envelope. The delivery time is usually 2-3 working days. Shipments via so-called “Großbrief/Maxibrief” are not traceable and not insured.

No so-called “Warensendung” (merchandise shipment)? Until the end of 2019 we had sent all orders as a merchandise shipment. Unfortunately, we (respectively our customers) have too often had negative experiences with this. The promised delivery time of usually 4 days was often significantly exceeded, and therefore we switched to the so-called “Großbrief/Maxibrief” with slightly higher postage, but with delivery times of 2-3 working days.

Pickup Point (only for Lufthansa employees in Frankfurt) – free of charge

For our Lufthansa colleagues we offer to deposit the orders at the Pickup Point in Frankfurt. For this we need your full name, your PK-number and some desired pickup dates (Mon-Fri 6-15 o’clock, except holidays). We will then coordinate a suitable drop-off date, as you have 4 weeks to pick it up. We can also change to shipping (plus shipping costs) afterwards, if you change your mind.

Pickup in Wiesbaden

If you live near us, you can also pick up your order from us. We will coordinate an appointment with you. We can also switch to shipping (plus shipping costs) afterwards if you change your mind.

Payment methods

We offer you different payment methods. We bear the transaction fees for PayPal, direct debit or credit card (also handled by PayPal).

Bank transfer

You will receive our bank details with your order confirmation and transfer the amount to our account. As soon as the money is received, we will ship your order. Depending on the bank this can take 2 working days. If you are in a hurry, we recommend payment in advance by one of the following methods.

PayPal

If you have an account with PayPal, you can use it to pay with us the easiest and fastest way. We will ship your order immediately.

Direct debit

Pay by direct debit from your bank account. The transaction is processed via PayPal, but you do not need to have a PayPal account for this. Your order will be shipped immediately.

Credit card

Pay with your credit card. The transaction is processed via PayPal, but you do not need to have a PayPal account for this. Your order will be shipped immediately.

Cash at pickup

If you pick up your order from us, you can also pay cash directly.
